However, please note that during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. As a small business we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Carrier Services

After your shipment has left our store, it is subject to the policies and procedures of the carrier service responsible for delivering your order. While we select reliable carriers, we defer to their guidelines, terms, and conditions for shipping. We will provide you with any relevant tracking information so you can stay informed about the progress of your delivery.  Any issues with shipping once it has left our hands should be addressed with the carrier service for best support. 

Flat-Rate Shipping & Free Shipping Threshold

We’re excited to offer the following shipping options to our valued customers:

For U.S. Orders:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts). Simply meet the minimum purchase amount, and we’ll cover the shipping costs!
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: For U.S. orders under $150, we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99. This ensures that your shipping costs are predictable and affordable.

For Canadian Orders:

  • Flat-Rate Shipping to Canada: All orders shipping to Canada will incur a flat shipping fee of $25 CAD. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs and border clearance processes though we do everything in our power to ensure they do not.

International Shipping to Canada

We’re happy to serve our Canadian customers with a flat shipping rate of $25 CAD on all orders shipping to Canada. Please note that shipments may experience delays due to customs and border clearance processes, which are beyond our control. While we can’t expedite these processes, we are always here to provide assistance and keep you informed.
