KEY INGREDIENTS
3-0-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (L): 3-0 Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (L), chirally correct, is a derivative of Ascorbic Acid with hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid is a very potent form of Vitamin C and is one of the most stable forms, enabling it to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin without causing irritation. As a huge antioxidant, it brightens skin tone, fades hyperpigmentation, decreases melanin formation, protects the skin from oxidative stress, increases collagen production, and maintains the activity of immune cells in the epidermis. It also is anti- inflammatory, improves skin elasticity, and helps control trans epidermal water loss.
Lysophosphatidic Acid: Lysophosphatidic Acid is derived from phosphatidylcholine, which is a class of essential phospholipids involved in membrane-mediated-cell-signaling within the body. Topically, Lysophosphatidic Acid stimulates cell differentiation, improves keratinization, and limits parakeratosis (inflammation disrupts these processes, often leading to irregular skin growth).
